On 23rd Aug 2008, the three of us did something that we had never done in our whole entire lifetime. pretty sad, actually, since we are already 19 but had never gotten the chance to do it. but we did it yesterday, and the most awesome thing is that..
we did it together.
we watched the fireworks! hee hee. and damn close, we were seh to the fireworks that i actually thought that, erm, it might.. er.. 'rain' down on us? heh.
So we reached there before 9 and squeezed through the crowd to get ourselves a good view of the fireworks, and while waiting..
Then when they suddenly turned off the lights, everyone was so eager already that the camera/camera phones immediately went all up, and the umbrellas all down (but it was still raining okay)
But actually it took them some time to fire the fireworks, and we all stood there, looking a bit dumb with the camera, like hoping to catch the first picture, yet what we all were doing was making our arms tired from holding them up for too long. then....
hee hee awesome awesome night. would have taken a longer video if i hadnt find it difficult to video-tape and scream excitedly all at the same time. XD
--> who took the nicest pictures of us all ehk, including the background and all? .... was one of the things we fought about that night. you decide. =]
the fireworks fitted the occasion perfectly.
syams went back to malaysia the very next morning, and fas going off in a few days time. i guess you two can say, by dragging you two bacens down to fullerton to watch the fireworks was kinda my farewell present to you two. =)

Ever wondered how Hannan and Pooh Bear first became friends?
Well, the story goes a bit like this...
One day, Hannan finally got tired of playing by himself and decided to just doze off when...
"Eh! Who's this?"
Pooh Bear appeared out of nowhere and got Hannan suspicious and very the curious of his mysterious aura.
But Hannan being Hannan, he just decided to 'tembak' and said,
"Hee hee. Wanna be friends, you stranger?"
Of course to us adults, it is pretty much known that Pooh Bear is unable to speak because of his sewed on lips, but Hannan is still an innocent, yet very the irritating, little boy who needs to be entertained, and seeing that Pooh Bear was ignoring him,
"WHY?? You dont want to be friends ker???..."
Ah well, to summarise the story, everything ended well after that thanks to a certain dear aunt of his who became the 'voice' of Pooh Bear and forged the beginning of a beautiful friendship between them.
